Return Policy

You can return an item within 30 days of your delivery/invoice date. Return shipping must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded. 

Send an email to info@rhodyrug.com with your order number, why it is being returned and any other details we need to know, and we will send you the return instructions.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective due to poor workmanship or an error on our part, the item can be returned at no cost. If an item arrives damaged or defective, will make it our priority to have the situation corrected. For all damaged and defective items, we do require a photograph be sent to us showing the defect. If the rug is determined to be defective, we will gladly pick up the damaged item and ship a replacement upon successful pickup. We cannot ship a replacement prior to retrieval of the defective unit and all damages / defects should be reported within 1 week of receiving the item.

A few very important notes on returns:

Do not fold, staple, or tape any surfaces of the item or rug.

The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will be refused.

If the item is not returned within 30 days of authorization, the return will no longer be accepted, and the request canceled.
